We want to assure you that all of us here at Caon Services are taking COVID-19 very seriously, and we are continuously monitoring the ever changing the situation.

At this time we are still fully operational!

Our Service Department is available 24/7 to take care of your Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, Preventative Maintenance needs. At this point we have not adjusted our hours as we want to make sure we can help you with your service calls and emergencies.

The Safety of our Customers, Suppliers, and Employees is our #1 priority. We are taking extra precautions both in our Office and the field, following the Health and Safety guidelines  surrounding COVID-19. We have provided our technicians with protective gear (disposable coveralls, booties, masks, rubber gloves, sanitizing spray) so they can do their part in keeping everyone safe.

If you have any special requests with regards to extra precautions you require aside from the ones we are already taking, please let us know and we will ensure we pass this on to our Employee that is visiting you.

Our Office is equipped to work remotely from home should the need arise, enabling us to continue to provide support, our Technicians are also equipped with tablets and remote access.

Although Caon is primarily Commercial Service & Construction based, we want to extend an offer to residential customers as well. We want to help out in any way we can!
