Office Administrator/Receptionist

Caon Services is currently looking at growing its elite team. We are the leaders in Plumbing and HVAC in Calgary and the surrounding area. We office top industry wages as well as RRSP and benefits packages.

We are currently looking to fill a permanent position as Office Administrator.

Wages: Based on experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Answering Phones
• Filtering/monitoring emails and mail
• Offering Administrative support to the Office Team
• Data Entry
• Office organization
• Filing
• Basic communication with customers
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required Skills: 

• Experience in the pluming industry an asset
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words, Outlook and Adobe
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Required Experience

• 2 years of administrative experience
